Sudhamrit Farm Fresh Milk is our premium milk brand, which is 100% pure cow milk from our in house cows, without the taint of human touch. It maintains high standards of hygiene and quality control. The milk is bottled in PET bottles, best recommended for packaging and it is delivered fresh, chilled to 4 degrees Celsius through the completely mechanized process.

Milk from every cow is being monitored and recorded to measure the fat content, SNF and other minerals.

PRODUCTION
The cows are being sheltered in the dairy in a positive ambiance where they listen to music every day.
Their fodder Sanjeevani is made up by mixing 7 super nutritional elements which are responsible for high-quality milking of cows.
Cows take shower every day by sprinkler method and full hygiene is maintained.
Health care: Every cow is vaccinated timely. The unique identity of every cow is given through electronic tags which are responsible to assure whether it is the right time of milking or not. Daily weighing of cows indicates the cow’s health.
PROCESSING
The milking is being done by machines and milk is stored in BMC (Bulk milk cooler). Milk from every cow is being monitored and recorded to measure the fat content, SNF and other minerals. When the milk is raw, it has 37 degrees Celsius centigrade temperature, all with its aroma and flavor, then stored in BMC to ready it for pasteurization.
Pasteurization kills the harmful bacteria by heating milk. The heating plat is used to pasteurize the milk. Then further Homogenization is done to uniformly mix the milk to maintain the quality and make it ‘Pure’.
